Reduction, the name of the game? Or the loser?

I have gone a bit crazy. But, I have decided to reduce. To become less. For less is more. So my diet will be... interesting. 
                Today:
Small Bowl: Tofu with curry ~105
1: Lemonade Capri Su: 100
Water water water (need to drink more)
3/4 cup: Corn: 80 cal
Cashew: 158
=435
                                    Exercise:
90 min, ~700
60 min,~482

                                        Overall:
